We cannot begin to express our gratitude to you, our family, friends, and neighbors, for your support this past year. Not only have you as a community helped us as a small business to stay open, but as a team, the patrons and the staff of Texas Axe have raised over $3000 in a variety of fundraisers.
Here's what we gave in 2020:
In September, our Throw-vid Teacher's Tournament raised $300 that was donated to local Conroe teacher, Ms. Yale's Classroom Library. To find other teacher wishlists, visit https://www.donorschoose.org.
In honor of Veteran's Day, the Hatchets For Heroes Tournament contributed $600 to Operation Homefront, a non-profit committed to helping military families in need.
Throughout the month of November, patrons of Texas Axe donated over $500 to the Houston Food Bank.
Ending the year on a high note, our Christmas Carnival raised a phenomenal $2000 (double our original goal) for Texas Children's Hospital.
A special thank you to Scott with BioPure for his amazing contribution: a complete building disinfectant and sanitation. Scott and his company provide this service for pediatric hospitals, among many other businesses. For more information about this incredible service, visit https://biopureservice.com/.
THANK YOU, HOUSTON, FOR EVERYTHING.
Exciting new opportunities to give to the community will be posted soon.
If you are interested in donating services or funds for future events at Texas Axe, please contact us! We are always looking for partners in the community to help host fun charitable events.
